The Dilemma:
Instead of your life turning out the way you imagined, you feel stuck. Are you bored with the state of your life as it is? That question of how do I find myself keepings playing in your mind over and over. You feel like you’re in a rut, and others are living their dreams but you are not. You feel conflicted on who you are and where your life is headed.

To answer the question, how do I find myself? I’ll share steps to finding yourself. I’ll help you understand why you feel the way you do and even better, I’ll help you gain the clarity and bounce to start creating a life you’re excited about.
When people start asking the question, how do I find myself, it’s usually the result of one or more of the following problems highlighted below:

Problem 1: You’ve lost sense of who you are and are not living true to your values.

Problem 2 : You let life happen to you without actively leading it in the direction you want.

Problem 3: You were so consumed with a particular goal and now you’ve achieved it, it’s left an emptiness and you’re left with the big question, who am I?

Problem 4: You are unhappy because you feel others are living their dreams and you are not?

Problem 5: You’ve suddenly found yourself at a cross a road in life

Problem 6: Your excuses have been taken away

Here are the steps to answer the question, how do I find myself:

 1. Start by answering the question what do I want my life to look like from here on. I know! That's bold and brave, especially if you’ve been navigating this question of how do I find myself for some time. But bold and brave is what we want, you can’t continue to do the same things over and again and expect the same result. Heck, that mindset will keep you stuck. If you want to get out of the rut and no longer want to ask the question, how do I find myself? Come be brave with me. You don’t need to have the picture drawn out precisely and it doesn't have to be elaborate. Even if it’s how you want your life to look like in relation to simple things. With this step, I simply want you to dare to dig deep into your true self and have a picture of what you want your life to look like going forward. Whether it’s to have a community of friends you can spend fun times with, or to be  in a fulfilling relationship or to be financially independent. It can be anything or a combination of all those things already listed.

 2. Go back to doing something you loved to do when you were younger. Something that  brought you joy and happiness. Something you enjoyed without shame and judgement. Did you enjoy listening to a particular genre of music but for some reason you stopped listening to this kind of music. Did you enjoy gardening and you gave that up because you were “too busy”?

 3. Challenge yourself to do something new. The clue is in the first word ’challenge’. When you challenge yourself, you force yourself to stress from what is your mundane state of being. You force yourself to stretch on every level: psychologically,

 4. Actively start creating the life you want. In the first state I asked you to answer the question what you want your life to look like. In this step, now break it down. What steps do you need to take to begin to achieve that life starting with little steps one at a time.

You can do this. You deserve a great life.

To new beginnings
