Wow!! What a year 2012 has been. From the economic crisis to natural disasters and hey! even personal crisis. From the good times we've experienced to the not so good times, from the bad times to the awesome times. From losing loved ones or welcoming the birth of something/someone beautiful, we've seen it all. We've been there, experienced it all and we are about to do it all over again.
So what will be different this time? How would you approach the new year.?What would you do differently so that 2013 is more rewarding and fulfilling than 2012? How are you going to make decisions differently, how would you handle pain, failure, defeat, change and more importantly success? Would you love differently, more openly, would you be more trusting and more supportive?
At the end of every year, my husband and I set out time to review the goals we had set out to achieve that year. We check to see if we achieved everything on our list on an individual and collective basis. Sometimes we achieved all our goals and sometimes we fell short. Wherever we fell short, we would check to see what we missed and aim to improve on it for the next year. In the same vein, we would set new goals for the new year and challenge ourselves to achieve it.
What about you? How would you make 2013 different? What would you do to ensure that 2013 is better than 2012 irrespective of what you may face. Whatever your position, 2013 gives us all an opportunity for a fresh start. Don't make another set of resolutions because it's a new year, make plans, set goals, make a decision to follow through and then set action steps necessary to accomplish them. Whatever you do, make 2013 count.
Have a great start to the new year. Am confident 2013 will be an amazing year for you. You will surpass your biggest dreams.
Hugs and Kisses. Happy New Year.xxx
